taya387 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via the following approved payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI online transfer, BDO online transfer, Metrobank online transfer, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter cash-in services.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to your taya387 account:

• taya387 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider (e.g., your bank) may apply its own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• By depositing, you confirm that the funds used are not proceeds of illegal activity and that you are depositing for legitimate personal gaming entertainment purposes.

Withdrawals from your taya387 wallet are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to GCash and Maya accounts registered in your name. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed during Philippine banking hours.

• First-time withdrawal requires successful completion of KYC verification. No withdrawal will be processed for an account that has not passed identity and age verification. This is a PAGCOR compliance requirement and is non-negotiable.
• Withdrawals will be made exclusively to payment accounts registered in your name and matching your taya387 KYC identity. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited.

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on taya387, whether under your own name or under assumed identities.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other prohibited conduct.
• Account inactivity: taya387 defines an inactive account as one with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Dormant account fees may apply as detailed in your account dashboard.
• PAGCOR regulatory direction, court order, or other legal requirement mandating account closure or fund freezing.
• The Player's request for voluntary account closure, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or pending withdrawal requests remain unresolved.

Upon account closure, any real money funds standing to your credit — net of any voided bonuses and pending investigations — will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya387 and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the taya387 platform.

All content on the taya387 platform — including but not limited to: the taya387 brand name and logo, website design and layout, text content, graphics, images, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Operator or its licensed third-party partners, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the taya387 platform solely for their personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, modifying, or distributing any taya387 content without express written permission from the Operator.
• Using the taya387 brand, logo, or any platform content for commercial purposes.

• Step 3 — Legal Proceedings: Disputes that cannot be resolved through the above processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

taya387 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be made in response to regulatory updates, platform changes, legal requirements, or operational needs.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via:

• An in-platform notification to registered Players upon next login.
• An SMS notification to the Player's registered Philippine mobile number, where the change is considered material.

Continued use of the taya387 platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using taya387 and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
